Dubrovnik is one of my favorite cities I didn’t spend enough time in. I seem to have a bad habit of visiting a place for a day and falling in love, like with Lisbon. I arrived in Dubrovnik around 8AM on a ferry from Bari, Italy. A girl I met in line to board the ferry ended up getting a room at a guest house about a minute away from mine, and together with a guy from my guest house who overheard us talking, we spent the day exploring the Old Town. It was a hot August day, so even waiting until late afternoon to walk the walls didn’t keep us from sweating. But the views were amazing! I’d love to go back and spend more time there one of these days, and hopefully combine it with seeing more of Croatia.

Thanks Rebecca! No, unfortunately I didn’t. I was only in Dubrovnik for about 24 hours, and that was it for Croatia, but I really want to go back.
