I spent three days in Ubud on the island of Bali, Indonesia, and my favorite part were the rice terraces. The layers of lush green were like nothing I had ever seen. Amanda and I admired this one while trying the famous (and expensive) Kopi Luwak, which is coffee made from coffee beans that have been partially digested by an animal called a civet.
I was recently interviewed on E-junkie.info as their blogger of the week, check it out here!
